Brian Kohout — Teaching Pastor, Elder
Brian grew up in Richmond, Virginia but has called the Raleigh area home since 2002. Since college at Liberty Univerity and Southeastern Seminary, Brian has been the Director of Spiritual Life at North Raleigh Christian Academy for more than a decade. Brian and his wife Jana have two sons, Brody and Levi, and a daughter, Aven. Brian enjoys hunting, farm life, horses, and spending time with family and friends. Brian serves Exchange primarily through preaching & teaching.

Ed Martin — Equipping Pastor, Elder
Ed grew up in Richmond, Virginia. After college at Carson Newman and seminary at Southeastern, Ed was privileged to serve in student ministry for 6 years back in Richmond before moving to plant Exchange. Ed and his wife Katie have two sons, Micah and Caleb, and two daughters, Haleigh and Annie. Ed enjoys being outside, reading too many books at one time, and going on adventures with his family. Ed serves Exchange through discipleship, leadership training, and equipping others to do the same.

Jesse Gordon — Worship Leader
Jesse has been leading worship in different capacties for more than a decade. He and his wife Whitney have one son, Harden. Jesse currently works at Counter Culture Coffee in Durham doing retail customer service and barista training. Exchange has been blessed to have Jesse leading worship since its beginning.

Rick & Beth McKoy — Marriage Ministry Leaders
Rick and Beth have been married for over thirty years and have been blessed with two grown children and six grand-children. Early in their marriage, the Lord began to burden them both for marriage ministry. Since then, they have been faithful to lead marriage conferences, mentor and counsel couples, and equip husbands and wives to fulfill their great purpose in marriage. Their desire and passion is to equip couples not to only surrive their marriages, but to thrive in them.
